GETEX Dubai
GETEX was launched in 1984 as the Gulf Education & Training Exhibition in Dubai. The event focused on bringing higher education options from around the world to students in the Middle East. Having ventured into Bahrain and India over the more recent past, and with more international locations in sight, the brand is now migrating into a “Global” environment that now incorporates a focus on Education, Training and Human Resource Capital that instigates personal professional growth.
This year, the event will take place from 14th – 17th April 2010 and will be hosted under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mubarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research in the UAE and focuses on three distinct segments:

- Education Equipment & Technology
- Careers & Training
Exhibition Catalogue
The Online Catalogue will provide you with a comprehensive course index guide and detailed information on exhibitors. The Online Catalogue will also allow you to book appointments with specific exhibitors at GETEX. A comprehensive printed version of catalogue is distributed free to all visitors to the Show.
GETEX Conferences
Over the 20 years of its existence, GETEX (the Gulf Education and Training Exhibition) has evolved from a student recruitment show to a complete networking forum for the Education Industry. Student Recruitment, Training, Education Technology, Academic Alliances and Cultural Expression, all find place in the GETEX Forum – showcased at the exhibition, as well as at the discussion forums, workshops, seminars and conferences that run concurrent with the exhibition.
GETEX 2010 will witness the launch of the Global Conference for Technology & Innovation in Education, a joint initiative between IC&E and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) , based in Washington, USA.
