WIDDOO  Learning was invited by the Tunisian Association for scientific research assistance over the net Atars’ net to participate in a seminar organized by the association and the International Centre for Science and High Technology of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (ICS-UNIDO). The seminar entitled: “E-learning on high technology and science for Developing Countries Strategy and synergies” was held on 23 November 2009 in Hammamet – Tunisia within the ICT4all forum Tunis+4.

Mr.  Alexander COMBY, Managing Director of WIDDOO Learning shared with the participants his experience in e-learning, particularly within the CoseLearn Program I and II.

In closing the event, a framework partnership agreement, was signed by Mr. Comby and Mrs. Sonia JELLIBI Abdellatif, President of Atars’net. This agreement will give Atars’net a membership in the CoseLearn Federation.
