The learning organization as well as the skill set for a knowledge society are the key themes of the discussions at this Forum. The idea is to set up as an open conference with related exhibitors integrated into one area. The forum offers first-hand insights on actual trends in the field of digital learning and knowledge management from both – practioneers in the open conference as well as experts and vendors in the exhibition area.

The main part of this open conference contains discussions about project experiences, critical success factors and challenges of old and new approaches regarding digital learning and knowledge management concepts. Many practioneers have been invited to give insights to their projects and their experiences.
